The Course Choice for the 4th Race in the Avery Crest ISORA 2017 series on Saturday 27th May starting from Dun Laoghaire and finishing in Arklow is as follows:

Course No. 2

Start as defined in the SI's
Muglins Island (S)
South Arklow (S) - N52 40.200' W5 58.892'
Finish as defined below (crossing from south to north)

48.1 miles


Please Note: the co-ordinates provided above are for identification and competitor convenience only - they are not waypoints as defined in the SI's


Definition of the Finish Line:

The Finish line is a transit from:
the Gypsum Chimney (On Land) at co-ordinates N 52 47.767'  W 6 08.600'
to the
ASC Gypsum Mark (200 Lit Red Drum, 1 meter high) at co-ordinates N 52-47.764’  W 6-8.270’

and crossing in the direction from the previous mark. See photo below.

Please Note: The finish line is as described above, between the co-ordinates, and Not at the mark. The Coordinate should be used as a waypoint gate in the navigation. This is to facilitate the YB trackers.

Class 1 = 1.010 to 1.069
Class 2 = 1.009 or less

2025 bands will be published before the first Race.
