I attach the Agenda for the AGM to be held in the NYC at 15.30 on Saturday 17th November. I also attach a first draft of a race schedule that I would like feedback on. The race schedule can only be agreed at the AGM but thoughts / feedback on it would be appreciated beforehand. If there is any topic that should be added to the agenda, please contact me.
I hope to see many of you at the AGM and the Annual ISORA Prize Giving Dinner on the 17th November. It is guaranteed to be a great night.
I would appreciate it if all of the major prize winners were present at the dinner. Failing that, if arrangements were made with those attending to collect the prizes. The trophies are valuable and will not be left around if not collected on the night.
